Sigli respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our API and developer portal.

Information we collect

  • Account details (email, name) when you register
  • API usage metadata (request counts, timestamps, error codes)
  • Billing information processed by our payment provider
  • Content you submit to the API for conversion (processed transiently, not stored by default)

How we use data

  • Provide and improve the Sigli API
  • Authenticate requests and enforce rate limits
  • Send service-related communications
  • Comply with legal obligations

Dev Tools privacy

Most Dev Tools run entirely in your browser. When “Process on backend” is enabled for specific tools, input is sent to our API for processing but is not persisted unless you explicitly configure storage (e.g. S3/GCS export).
